This unique week-long residential theatre course is for performers, writers or directors with a keen interest in developing a one-person show.
Led by Peter Bramley, Artistic Director of award-winning ensemble Pants on Fire, and drawing from the teachings of Jacques Lecoq, this intensive workshop will explore creative ideas and storytelling techniques for solo performance.
Whether you are looking for inspiration to make your own work in the future, seeking an opportunity to further develop existing creative ideas, or simply want to explore Lecoq-based approaches and gain new performance skills, this storytelling workshop will open up a world of possibilities and fuel your creativity.
Tucked away in the idyllic rural setting of Arjac, in the Aveyron region of South West France, this fully immersive experience offers full creative focus far from the distractions of busy city life and an opportunity to meet, work and enjoy the company of like-minded creative people.
The course will be limited to a maximum of 8 participants and will culminate in an informal showing at the end of the week.
